Wellness
Wellness centralizes the player’s daily subjective self-report: Hooper (sleep, fatigue, stress, muscle soreness, 1–7 each item), RPE for the last training (1–10), and a body pain map. Staff use it to anticipate accumulated fatigue and adjust the session; the Risk Advisor consumes it directly as one of its main weights.
For sales
Section titled “For sales”- Problem: clubs collect wellness data in Google Forms or Excel and lose the cross-reference with GPS load and injuries. CÉNIT unifies it with the rest of the player’s record.
- Use cases: pre-training check-in from the phone, post-match follow-up, automatic alert to the S&C when Hooper or RPE crosses a threshold.
- Plans: available in
essential, pro, andenterprise. - Differentiator: two capture flows — PWA with login + push (players with accounts) and tokenized link via WhatsApp (frictionless, backward-compatible for legacy clients).
How staff use it
Section titled “How staff use it”Access and permissions
Section titled “Access and permissions”- Wellness — all staff roles can see the module.
- Wellness → Links — only Head of Performance and Sporting Director (tokenized links are sensitive: they grant access without login).
Step-by-step flows
Section titled “Step-by-step flows”- Load wellness for a player — Wellness → player card → form. Staff can enter data on behalf of the player when they don’t complete it.
- Distribute wellness links (legacy) — Wellness → Links. Each player has their own QR and unique URL. Shared via WhatsApp or printed for the locker room.
- View weekly trends — “This week / Last week” tabs + per-player compliance heatmap.
Related configuration
Section titled “Related configuration”- Wellness and RPE compliance thresholds are configurable per org (default 70%) — below that the compliance card turns yellow.
Automatic alerts
Section titled “Automatic alerts”- High Hooper or high RPE generates a yellow / red entry in the Risk Advisor.
- If the player has an account and push enabled, they receive a notification when the staff sends a message in response to their check-in.
How the player sees it
Section titled “How the player sees it”Two paths depending on whether the club adopted the PWA or stays on links:
- PWA (recommended, new clubs): opens the installed player portal, taps “Wellness”, picks the 4 Hooper values on a visual scale 1–7, the RPE with semantic labels (“very easy” … “max effort”), and marks zones on a front/back human body. Submits and receives push notifications if the coaching staff replies.
- Tokenized link: same form, no login. The token can optionally expire for rotation. Maintained for Nacional and large-squad clubs not yet on the app.
Data and metrics
Section titled “Data and metrics”Formulas
Section titled “Formulas”- Hooper Index = sleep + fatigue + stress + muscle soreness (range 4–28). Defaults: ≤14 green, 15–18 yellow, ≥19 red (McLean 2010). Configurable per org in Settings → Risks.
- RPE — standard Borg CR-10, raw value 1–10.
- Pain zones — count of points marked on the front body map (18 zones) + back (12 zones).
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”- Risk Advisor — Hooper, pain-zone count, and high RPE feed the score.
- GPS Load — session sRPE (RPE × min) acts as a load proxy when no GPS data is available. See glossary for the formula.
- Dashboard — weekly compliance KPIs on the home screen.
- PWA / push — automatic delivery to the player when staff reply.
