Tokenized transfer report

From a player’s profile, the Head of Performance or Sporting Director generate a transfer report with notes, video links, and expiration. CÉNIT creates a public link; the recipient opens it without login, and every visit is recorded in the report’s view counter.

  • Problem it solves: sending a professional player report (physical data, position, metrics, video) to agents and interested clubs without manually generating a PDF or giving the recipient a login.
  • Typical use cases: outbound scouting (showing one of your own players to an interested club), agent management (sharing performance without opening the dashboard).
  • Plans that include it: available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
  • Differentiator: tokenized link with configurable expiration and view counter — the club sees how many viewers opened the link.

Only the Head of Performance and Sporting Director can generate and revoke reports.

  1. Squad → click on the player → “Transfer” tab.
  2. Modal asks for:
    • Note (free text, optional).
    • Video links (array of URLs, optional).
    • Expiration days (1–365, default 30).
  3. CÉNIT creates the report and generates the public link with the chosen expiration date.
  4. The UI shows the absolute link with a “Copy” button.
  1. Opens the link on any device, no login.
  2. If the report was revoked or has expired, the link shows a “not found” page.
  3. If valid, they see:
    • Photo, name, position, jersey, nationality, date of birth, height, weight, preferred foot.
    • Free-form note from the coaching staff.
    • Clickable video links.
  4. Each link opening adds one view to the report’s counter.
  1. Squad → player → “Transfer” tab lists the player’s last 5 active reports with: token, creation date, view counter, expiration date.
  2. The “Revoke” button disables the link instantly.
  • Invalid token or inactive report: the page returns “not found” and does not expose player data.
  • Not indexed by search engines: search engines (Google, Bing) do not index these links — they remain private even though they’re public.

Player surface: N/A. The report is for third parties (clubs, agents). The player does not see reports generated about them from the portal.

  • No PDF export of the report — the link is web-only. Staff can use a browser screenshot for a static PDF.
  • No viewer watermarking — there’s no tracking of who opened the link, only how many times it was opened. To identify viewers, separate links per recipient would have to be generated.
  • No automatic expiration renewal. Once expired, staff must generate a new report (a new link is generated).
