Users
Users is the org’s staff management panel (not players). Allows inviting new members by email, changing roles, resetting passwords, and revoking access. Only Head of Performance and Sporting Director have access.
For sales
Section titled “For sales”- Problem it solves: clubs have staff turnover and need to grant (or remove) access without going through support. They also need to manage the collaborator limit per plan: Essential is capped at 5 collaborators; Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
- Typical use cases: invite the new physio when pre-season starts, deactivate the S&C who left for the summer, promote a Sport Scientist to HoP when there is a coaching staff change.
- Plans that include it: all (management exists on all of them). What changes is the collaborator limit.
- Differentiator: “soft” revoke — the user remains in the system and their email can be invited by another org (multi-org ready).
How staff use it
Section titled “How staff use it”Access and permissions
Section titled “Access and permissions”Only Head of Performance and Sporting Director. Any other role attempting to enter is redirected to the dashboard.
Step-by-step flows
Section titled “Step-by-step flows”- Invite a new user. “Invite” form → email + role → the system generates the activation link, creates the profile and active membership, and sends the email pointing to the set-password screen.
- Invite a user already in another org. If the email exists but has no active membership in this org, the membership is created directly. If they already have an active membership in this org with another role, the system asks the caller for confirmation to avoid silent privilege changes.
- Change role. Inline in the table. Takes effect on the next render.
- Reset password. Admin action that sets a direct password (no email).
- Revoke access. Marks the membership as revoked (does not delete the user — the email is free for another org). Cleans sub-team assignments. Important block: you cannot revoke the org’s last active admin (HoP or Sporting Director) — if you could, the org would be left with nobody to invite/revoke and would require support intervention.
Related configuration
Section titled “Related configuration”- The collaborator limit depends on the plan. The UI warns at 80% of the limit.
- The complementary invitation screen also lives at Settings → Access (same actions).
Sub-pages
Section titled “Sub-pages”Inside the Users flow there are two pages dedicated to squad onboarding (players, not staff):
FAQ / edge cases
Section titled “FAQ / edge cases”- Email doesn’t arrive: email-provider configuration issue. Contact support.
- Revoked user wants to come back: inviting them again creates a new active membership. The user was never deleted.
How the player sees it
Section titled “How the player sees it”Player surface: N/A. This module manages staff. Squad onboarding is a separate flow.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”- Settings → Access — equivalent screen.
