HoP Report
The HoP Report is the coaching staff’s weekly executive report: a single screen that combines squad, physical, medical, nutrition, and mental data with KPIs compared against the previous week / month / season. Includes injury rate per 1000h, per-player match load, editable notes persisted in the DB, and PDF export.
For sales
Section titled “For sales”- Problem it solves: the HoP builds a PowerPoint every Monday by cross-referencing 6 different spreadsheets. CÉNIT generates that report in real time from the system’s data, lets you edit contextual comments, and exports a print- or share-ready PDF.
- Typical use cases:
- Microcycle Monday: review the closed week with KPIs vs. the previous one.
- Monthly: check the month’s injury rate and decide whether global loads need adjustment.
- Board meeting: season PDF with the HoP’s explanatory notes.
- Plans that include it: all plans.
- Differentiator: the only report on the market combining injury rate (sports epidemiology), real match load (GPS), body composition, and mental data in a single auditable document.

Related configuration
Section titled “Related configuration”- Season start date configured in Settings — used for the season period.
FAQ / edge cases
Section titled “FAQ / edge cases”- “My injury rate is NULL” — no player-hours in the window. Happens when there are no GPS sessions loaded. Formula: (new injuries / total player-hours) × 1000. Without GPS there is no denominator.
- “I saw the module and it disappeared” — access is restricted to Head of Performance, Sporting Director, and Academy Coordinator.
- “The PDF came out blank” — contact support. The generator can fail silently if a section has no data.
How the player sees it
Section titled “How the player sees it”Player surface: N/A. The HoP Report is for internal coaching staff use. Players don’t access it and don’t receive an automatic copy.
Data and metrics
