Player portal

The player portal is your space inside CÉNIT. You log your daily wellness, see today’s session, find out if you have an active medical report, and from the menu you reach Messages, Schedule, and Profile. It is designed to be used from your phone as an installable PWA.

  1. The club sends you an onboarding link (group or individual) via WhatsApp or email.
  2. You recognize yourself in the squad photo grid and confirm your identity.
  3. You receive an email at the address the coaching staff already had on file — from there you set your password.
  4. You accept the required consents (privacy and data processing).
  5. From then on you sign in with your email and password.

If you enter without a session, it asks for login. If your account isn’t yet linked to your squad record, let the S&C know so they can review it. The first time you’ll need to accept the privacy consents (Uruguay Law 18.331 Art. 9.E + GDPR Art. 7) to enter.

The home screen shows three blocks, in this order:

  • Today’s wellness. If you haven’t loaded it yet, you see the short form (sleep, fatigue, stress, muscle soreness, RPE, and pain map). If you’ve already completed it, you see the green check with your Hooper of the day out of 28 and your recorded RPE.
  • Today’s sessions. Time, location, and abbreviated type (TRA/MAT/MTG). If nothing is scheduled and you’ve already loaded wellness, “No sessions” appears.
  • Medical status. Only if you have an active injury or are in recovery: shows zone, type, status (Recovering / Medical leave), and estimated return date.

At the top of the shell you always have your name and the club crest. The bottom menu takes you to Messages, Schedule, and Profile.

It’s a PWA, so it installs from the browser without going through the store.

  • Android (Chrome). Open the portal in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu in the top right, and choose “Install app” or “Add to home screen”.
  • iPhone (Safari). Open the portal in Safari, tap the share button (the square with the up arrow), and choose “Add to home screen”.

Once installed, you have an icon like any other app and it opens full screen.

Go to Profile → Notifications and toggle it on. The browser will ask for permission once — accept it. If you previously declined, you’ll need to unblock it from the operating system settings (Phone settings → Notifications → Safari/Chrome).

Notifications work best with the app installed as a PWA (see the previous question).

Profile → Language. You can pick Spanish, English, or Portuguese. The change applies immediately and persists between sessions.

What if I lose my phone or change devices?

Your account doesn’t live on the phone, it lives in your email and password. From the new device:

  1. Sign in to the portal with your usual email and password.
  2. Reinstall the app (PWA) if you want it on the home screen.
  3. Go to Profile → Notifications and enable push again (each device subscribes separately).

If you forgot your password, ask the coaching staff to resend the setup link.

Only your club’s coaching staff: Head of Performance, Sporting Director, S&C, sport scientist, physician, physio, nutritionist, and psychologist (each with permissions according to their role). Other players don’t see your data. CÉNIT as a platform doesn’t share your data with third parties — the legal detail is in the consents you accepted on registration.
