Psychology
The club psychologist’s module: session logging with mood,
motivation, and anxiety scores (1–10), weekly team trend, per-player
grid sorted by psychological risk, and detection of players without
a session in the last 14 days. Clinical notes are role-protected
(only psi and hop see them).
For sales
Section titled “For sales”- Problem it solves: squad mental health historically lacks a systematic record. CÉNIT gives the psychologist a simple tracker (3 scores + notes) connected to the player profile and the HoP’s risk panel.
- Typical use cases: weekly squad follow-up, identification of at-risk players (mood < 4, motivation < 4, anxiety > 3.5), early signal before the issue escalates to the coaching staff.
- Plans: included on plans with the psychology module.
- Differentiator: privacy of notes by role (Sporting Director and Academy Coordinator see aggregated scores but not the clinical notes), weekly team trends, and a psychological-risk card with explicit thresholds.
How staff use it
Section titled “How staff use it”Access and permissions
Section titled “Access and permissions”Psychologist and Head of Performance see everything, including clinical notes. Sporting Director and Academy Coordinator see scores and aggregates but not the notes.
Step-by-step flows
Section titled “Step-by-step flows”- Log a session: player, date, session type, scores 1–10 for mood / motivation / anxiety, notes.
- Look at the weekly trend: team average for mood / motivation / anxiety per week.
- Per-player grid: ordered by descending psychological risk.
- Inactive: list of players without a session for >14 days (or never recorded).
- Delete record: from the corresponding row.
FAQ / edge cases
Section titled “FAQ / edge cases”- If a player is in return-to-play, they are flagged in the grid — useful to prioritize attention to injured players.
How the player sees it
Section titled “How the player sees it”Player surface: N/A. The player does not see their scores or notes. It is staff clinical information.
Data and metrics
Section titled “Data and metrics”Psychological-risk levels
Section titled “Psychological-risk levels”- High: anxiety > 3.5, mood < 4, or motivation < 4.
- Medium: anxiety > 2, mood < 7, or motivation < 7.
- No data in 14 days: medium-low.
- Otherwise: low.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”- Squad: the player’s profile updates when there is a new record.
- Risk Advisor: not part of the combined risk score today, but the data is ready in case it is decided to add it.
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Thresholds are not configurable per org yet.
- No psychology-specific export or report (covered by the weekly HoP report when applicable).
